These terms are an agreement between you and SIYai ("we", "us") about your use of the SIYai website and app (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use SIYai for a business, you agree for that business too.
1. The service
SIYai helps creators and brands who sell on TikTok Shop make and manage product videos. Today it includes:
- a Library for your videos, with uploads, folders, search and download;
- a Products library for the products you promote;
- Research, today's top 10 products, with their sales and growth;
- free video tools: Overlay Studio, Batch combine and AI Edit;
- sending videos to your own Google Drive; and
- sending videos you confirm to your own TikTok inbox.
We improve the service over time. We may add, change or remove features. If a change takes away something you rely on, we will tell you in advance when we reasonably can.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
- Give accurate sign-up information and keep it current.
- Keep your sign-in secure. One login is for one person; don't share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- A workspace can have several members. The owner decides who joins and what they can do, and is responsible for the workspace's use of the service.
- Tell us at security@siyai.app if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos, clips, photos, text and other material you upload or make with the service ("your content"). We don't claim ownership of it.
You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, process, edit (as you direct) and transmit your content, only to run the service for you: for example, to run a tool on your clips, show your videos in your Library, or send a video to your Google Drive or your TikTok inbox when you ask. This permission ends when your content is deleted, except for copies in backups that roll off on their normal schedule. We don't use your content to train AI models, and we don't sell it.
You promise that you have the rights needed for your content, including any music, images, trademarks and the likeness of anyone who appears in it, and that your content and how you use it follow the law and our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Use of the service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and our AI Content Policy, which are part of these terms.
5. TikTok and other connected services
- You connect your own TikTok account, and only accounts you own and control. Each person connects their own.
- SIYai uploads only the videos you confirm on the send screen, to your TikTok inbox. We do not post for you: you finish and publish each post in TikTok.
- You must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and the policies that apply to your posts, such as the Branded Content Policy and TikTok Shop's rules. That includes adding the AI-generated label and commercial disclosure when they apply.
- TikTok's services are provided by TikTok, not by us. SIYai is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok. We are not responsible for TikTok's decisions about your account or your posts.
- TikTok limits how many uploads can wait in your inbox (5 at a time). Other limits may apply.
- The same goes for Google Drive: you connect your own Google account, and Google's terms apply to it.
You can disconnect TikTok or Google Drive at any time in Settings → Connections. Our Privacy Policy explains what we receive from these services and how to revoke access.
6. Research information
Research shows estimates about products, such as items sold and growth, from third-party sources. It is for information only. It may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and it is not a promise of sales or results.
7. Fees
SIYai is free to use today, on the Free plan. If we introduce paid plans or charges, we will give you notice before any charge applies, and we will not charge you unless you agree to it.
8. Third-party services
The service works with services run by others, such as TikTok and Google. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep SIYai reliable and secure, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any video will perform, sell or be accepted by TikTok.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SIYai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and US$100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
11. Indemnity
If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, your use of the service or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, to the extent the law allows.
12. Ending your use
You can stop using SIYai at any time. To close your account and delete its data, email support@siyai.app. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others or the service at risk, or where the law requires it. We will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 3 (the promises about your content), 6, and 9 to 13 continue to apply.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.
