This policy explains how SIYai handles AI and the labels TikTok asks for. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Where SIYai uses AI
AI Edit uses speech recognition, running on our own servers, to find pauses and filler words in your talking clips. It shows you every cut before anything is made, and you decide what to keep. Overlay Studio and Batch combine don't use AI: they put your own text on your clips and combine your own clips. Any feature that makes new images or video with AI will say so clearly on its screen.
2. The AI-generated label is your choice
- SIYai never adds the AI-generated label for you, and never forces it on or off. You decide, in TikTok, when you post.
- Videos sent to your TikTok inbox arrive without labels. Before you post, add the AI-generated label in TikTok when it applies. The send screen reminds you.
- TikTok requires the label on content that is realistic and made or significantly edited with AI. Follow TikTok's rules on AI-generated content.
3. Commercial disclosure
When a post promotes a product, including as a TikTok Shop affiliate, turn on TikTok's commercial content disclosure when it applies, and follow TikTok's Branded Content Policy. You add it in TikTok before you post.
4. Using AI honestly
- Don't use AI to make a real person appear to say or do something they didn't, without their consent.
- Don't create fake testimonials, reviews or results.
- Don't make claims about a product that you can't back up.
- Don't present AI-made content as real footage where that would mislead viewers.
5. Nothing added by us
We never add our logo, a watermark, a link or promotional text to your videos, including videos sent to TikTok. Any text on a video is text you chose.
6. You stay responsible
You decide what you post and you are responsible for it, including labels and disclosures. Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to everything you make with SIYai.
